Hello! My name is Tyler

A little about myself:
Professional
As a Senior Software Engineer, I am currently writing Diagnostics and management tools and other stuff for LANDesk Software.  I specialize in Linux, Windows NT / 9x  applications, Sockets using TCP/IP protocols, Perl, PHP, MySQL, C/C++.
Personnal
I have a wife and four kids.  One daughter and three sons. In my free time, if I am not doing my chores, I can be found either playing with my kids, on one of my websites, or out with our LDS Church youth groups. I've been known to coach our local scout troop, youth softball, volleyball, soccer, and basketball on the weekends.
Hobbies
In whatever time I have left, I manage a few internet sites including "Goblin's Den" (www.gden.com). I build and host websites for other people and businesses, several of which you can see hosted on Goblin's Den. I also build and fly radio controlled airplanes, model trains, scuba dive, and work on my car from time to time.

Programming and the Internet. - Specifically: Linux, C, C++, Visual C++, TCP/IP protocols, Windows Sockets, HMTL, CGI, PHP, Perl, Bash Expect and a few others... Yes, my wife says I'm a nerd.

Volley Ball - Church, city, indoor, outdoor, 6-man, 2-man, Co-ed, ... Basically wherever I can find someone to hit a ball to me.

Computer Gaming - Writing and playing. Roleplay, 1P shooters, and Sims in particular.

Softball - Any time, any where.

Model Railroad - Marklin, "O" and "HO" Scales.

Scuba Diving - Im PADI certified for advanced open water, and I particularly enjoy the warm carribean reefs.

Classic Ford Mustangs - 19641/2 - 1968 models. Fastbacks in particular. My dream car is a Dark Grey 1967/1968 Fastback with a Black GT Stripe. (no, I don't have it ... yet)
